After spending years working as a finance manager, Ryan was searching for a more meaningful way to connect with people. It was then inspiration struck, not as lightning but in the form of federal legislation. With the legalization of marijuana, the opportunity arose to create a dispensary that, beyond selling weed, promoted the values of integrity and responsibility. This is what inspired his family, coming from various professional backgrounds such as engineering, IT, insurance, healthcare and law, to come together and establish Leaf Lab as a family run business.
